Training Cancellation Policy

In-house Training course cancellation

First, look for a organization that specializes in the technology you want to learn. Other things to look for include:

  1. Class Size - The smaller, the more individual attention the instructor can give each student. We allow a maximum of 12 students per class.

  2. Training Facilities - Does each student get their own computer? Are the facilities up to date and conducive to learning? We offer each student their own PC in the most up-to-date facilities available.

  3. Costs - How much will the course cost. Our courses are competitively priced.

  4. Location - Of course, it needs to be convenient to get to. We are located in Damansara Perdana & Johor Bahru

Public Training Course Cancellation

  1. For public courses, held at the BLY Technology premises, we require 50% payment upon confirmation.

  2. In the event of cancellation by the attendee, our policy states, a full refund will be given, provided we receive notification of cancellation at least 7 days prior to the course date. A 50% refund will be provided up to 48 hours prior to the course date and cancellations received less than 48 hours before the course, are not entitled to a refund. Refunds will not be given for a "no show" on the day.

  3. In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the cost of the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a later date, should you not be able to attend the rescheduled course a full refund will be provided.

  4. Registrant substitutions may be made at any time.

  5. Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you are responsible for payment.

  6. Cash on Delivery or Walk-in Customer is allowed if there are still have available seats.

Web-Based Training

The following policy applies to all Live Web-Based Training courses

Customer Cancellations

  1. Cancellations received more than 7 business days prior to class will not be charged the training fee.

  2. Cancellations received less than 7 business days prior to class, and no-shows, will be invoiced the full training fee.

  3. Registrant substitutions may be made at any time.

  4. Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you are responsible for payment

Cancellation of Course by BLY Technology

BLY Technology reserves the right to cancel or change a class at any time, including but not limited to, lack of participation, classroom, equipment or trainer availability.

Notification will be provided within 5 days of the class, whenever possible.

BLY Technology is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to, lost opportunities, revenues, or other scheduled activities. The customer or student's sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid course fees.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER

BLY Technology shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in the training materials nor shall BLY Technology be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the training materials or other information conveyed at an BLY Technology course.

Product Return, Refund and Cancellation Policies

Return/Refund Policies:

  1. No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.

  2. If the product is wrongfully delivered (different SKU instead of the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order against the return of the product subject to the fact of such defect being established.

  3. To report damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at sales@blytechnology.com.my or +603-7722 3120

  4. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.

  5. Refunds will be made (i) within 14 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods if the order is already shipped (ii) within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the order if the order is not yet shipped.

  6. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are X failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

  7. Not with standing anything contained herein, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement: Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

  8. All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the item received is defective)

Cancellation Policies:

  • If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction.

  • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.

  • All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 5% of your total order value.

  • There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.

  • Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and www.blytechnology.com.my reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

  • Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, www.blytechnology.com.my reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.
